My approach integrates acupuncture, cupping, Reiki, and spiritual coaching to help you navigate life's transitions, stress and pain management, mental and emotional wellbeing, women’s health, pregnancy support, athletic performance optimization, digestive disorders, cancer support, and overall wellness maintenance.

My journey into the Healing Arts began in 2000. I earned my Master in Traditional Chinese Medicine (MTCM) from Five Branches University in Santa Cruz in 2005 and became a California State Board Licensed Acupuncturist the following year. Certified by the NCCAOM, I’ve been practicing in the Bay Area since 2006.
