Spiritual-emotional coaching is something I've done as part of my acupuncture practice for many years. I'm now offering it on its own, as well as in combination with Reiki.

What is Spiritual Coaching?
While some types of coaching are designed primarily to help you achieve measurable results in the outer world, spiritual coaching takes you on an inner journey that’s more philosophical and self-exploratory in nature—although it can certainly lead to tangible changes in your outer life.
A spiritual coach helps you to connect to your higher self and deeper desires—aspects that have often been obscured by cultural programming, family expectations, and the general busyness of our lives that keeps us safely engaged on the surface, rather than delving into the deeper issues that concern and shape us.
Who can benefit from Spiritual Coaching?
willing to take a deeper look at the role you play in co-creating the circumstances of your life?
looking for deeper meaning in your life and willing to find opportunity and beauty in even the most challenging of circumstances?
going through a transition period in your life and struggling with what this change means for your identity as you're forced to reinvent yourself in a new context?
dealing with any kind of loss, whether it’s the death of a loved one, or the loss of a relationship, job, home, or pet, and maybe questioning your faith in life?
Or perhaps you’re feeling stagnant due to a lack of change, and you’re seeking greater fulfillment in your life?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, spiritual coaching can support you on your journey.
What to expect from a Spiritual Coaching session
I offer spiritual coaching both in person and remotely, and it can be combined with Reiki (in person or remotely) for those who wish to integrate the shifts at a physical level.
To start the session, we’ll talk about what’s going on in your life, what you’ve been struggling with, and what you wish to shift. I'll hold space for you and guide you gently through empathic listening to uncover your own inner knowing about your situation. The spiritual journey isn’t one of reaching quick solutions—rather, it's often a gradual unfolding, each step revealing the next on an ever-evolving path of self-discovery and self-creation. I.e., while continuing to rediscover who you truly are, you’re also shaping the person you’re becoming.
Depending on your needs and personality, our session may consist primarily of conversation, or it may include guided meditations that will help you access deeper parts of yourself, connect with spirit guides, a deceased loved one, or a spirit animal, or simply anchor you into your body and reset your overactive nervous system. We may also draw on tarot or oracle cards to deliver messages from your subconscious and provide insight and clarity into any situation you are facing.
What is Spiritual Coaching not ?
Spiritual coaching is not a quick fix to any issue, nor will a spiritual coach give you advice or tell you what to do. Rather, it’s a way of helping you access your own solutions and insights through guiding you to reconnect to your own inner knowing.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapists manage mental illness and diagnose, while coaches do not. Therapists have strict licensing criteria, and a coach should never claim to take a therapist’s role. However, coaches provide a different kind of support that may be the right fit for you, depending on what you’re hoping to achieve. Therapists are often more focused on how the past has shaped the person you are today, while coaches are more future-oriented, helping you go from where you are right now to where you want to be.
How do I find a coach who’s right for me?
A good coach is positive, enthusiastic, supportive, trustworthy, focused and present, observant, patient, kind—yet unafraid to speak with honesty and hold you accountable to yourself. She respects your boundaries and communicates clearly. Her mission is to help you live your best life, but she remains unattached to outcomes, trusting you to make the choices that are best for you while helping you re-learn to trust yourself. (If anyone tries to tell you that you need them in order to navigate your life, run for the hills!)
At the end of the day, you want to work with a coach you resonate with on an energetic level. You feel comfortable in her presence, and you walk away from your interactions inspired and empowered, having been deeply seen and heard.
Note: I've used the single pronoun "she" for ease, but you'll, of course, find great coaches of any gender.
How many sessions will I need?
That's entirely dependent on what your current needs are and how deeply you wish to engage in your own inner journey. An ongoing collaboration over a period of months (e.g. 6-10 sessions in weekly or bi-weekly intervals) can yield profound insights and personal growth. Equally, a one-off session or periodic check-in (e.g. a few times a year) can support you as issues arise.
