I was born in Singapore, raised in Germany by my French mother and German father, and landed in upstate New York at 19—eager to discover my path and purpose. In 2000, a move to California introduced me to acupuncture and Qigong. Experiencing their powerful impact on both body and energy, I immediately knew I’d found my life’s work.​

In 2005, I earned my Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches University in Santa Cruz, CA, and became a licensed acupuncturist the following year.​
​
Since then, I’ve had the honor of helping hundreds of patients in the South Bay and beyond navigate pain, stress, and life transitions—guiding them back toward balance in body, mind, and spirit.

Over time, my practice has expanded to reflect the depth of support I love to offer:

Acupuncture remains the heart of what I do—highly effective for relieving pain, calming the nervous system, supporting women’s health, improving digestion, and restoring emotional balance.

In 2022, I added Reiki, which felt like a natural extension of my earlier training in Qigong and energy healing. I’ve found it to be a deeply nourishing complement to acupuncture—or a gentle, powerful practice on its own.

I also weave in spiritual coaching, helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom and navigate times of uncertainty with clarity and self-trust.

My work is intuitive, evidence-informed, and always guided by empathy, presence, and deep listening. Whether we’re working with needles, energy, or simply holding space for what’s rising, my intention is to create an environment where your body can unwind, your energy can settle, and your inner wisdom can begin to speak.
